Organizations in Idaho would be prohibited from concealing, harboring, shielding, transporting, or providing shelter, financial support, or legal assistance to undocumented immigrants if they know or recklessly disregard the person's immigration status

Violations involving fewer than 5 individuals constitute a misdemeanor; violations involving 5 or more individuals, or any subsequent violation, constitute a felony

First-time violations result in revocation of all business licenses and permits for 1 year plus fines up to $3,000 per offense and per individual aided; subsequent violations result in permanent license revocation

Vehicles, vessels, or aircraft used in violations are subject to civil forfeiture along with any gross proceeds from the violation

Exceptions exist for law enforcement transporting individuals to detention facilities and first responders providing emergency services; effective date is July 1, 2025
