Creates the America250 Commemoration Fund in the state treasury to fund Idaho's participation in celebrating the 250th anniversary of America's founding

Establishes a 7-member America250 Advisory Committee comprising the director of the state historical society, the state treasurer, 1 governor appointee, and 4 legislative council appointees to direct and approve all fund distributions

Fund sources include remaining appropriations from the 2024 legislative session and gifts, grants, and donations; interest earned on investments stays in the fund

Unobligated funds remaining on June 30, 2027, transfer to the general fund; the entire act sunsets on July 1, 2027

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
