Removes the provision allowing restrictions on concealed weapons at private events, commercial events charging admission, or other events with restricted access held on state or political subdivision property that is normally open to the public

Eliminates the requirement that it must appear to a reasonable person that the general public lacks unrestricted access before concealed weapon restrictions can be invoked on public property

Maintains that private property owners, tenants, employers, and business entities retain their existing rights regarding concealed weapons on their property

Preserves the limitation that concealed carry restrictions cannot apply to state or political subdivision property that is normally and habitually open to the public

Effective date of July 1, 2025, declared as an emergency measure
