Amends Idaho Code Section 31-131 to revise the legal boundary descriptions for Latah County, updating specific survey reference points, section lines, and township markers along the eastern boundary shared with Shoshone and Clearwater counties

Amends Idaho Code Section 31-142 to revise the legal boundary descriptions for Shoshone County, correspondingly updating the western boundary with Latah County and removing reference to Clearwater County at one boundary point

Updates boundary language to reflect that the southwest corner of Shoshone County borders Latah County to the west and south (previously referenced Clearwater County to the south)

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2025

County seats remain unchanged: Moscow for Latah County and Wallace for Shoshone County
