Increases candidate filing fees for federal offices: U.S. Senator from $500 to $1,000, U.S. Representative from $300 to $500

Raises filing fees for statewide executive offices (Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Controller, State Treasurer, Attorney General, Superintendent of Public Instruction) from $200 to $1,000 each

Increases state legislative candidate filing fees from $30 to $250 for state representatives and senators

Raises judicial filing fees: Supreme Court justices from $300 to $1,000, district judges from $150 to $250

Increases county office filing fees (commissioners, sheriff, clerk, treasurer, assessor, coroner, prosecuting attorney) from $40 to $100, with an effective date of July 1, 2025 under emergency declaration
