Appropriates $122,861,900 from the Permanent Building Fund to the Division of Public Works for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026)

Allocates $68,208,800 for maintenance projects including alteration and repair ($25,156,000), building maintenance ($37,803,000), ADA compliance ($3,249,800), and facilities maintenance ($2,000,000)

Funds $42,085,000 in capital projects: ISU Life Sciences Complex ($14,000,000), U of I Joint Military Science and Veterans' Assistance Center ($8,000,000), Lands Ponderosa Office Expansion ($6,500,000), Bonneville County Readiness Center Utilities ($5,560,000), ISP District 2 Facility ($5,525,000), and BSU Micron Center Labs ($2,500,000)

Restores $12,568,100 for previously appropriated deferred maintenance and authorizes reallocation of project savings with Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council approval

Capital projects with no construction activity within four years of initial appropriation become available for new appropriation, with status report due to Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee by November 15, 2025
