Appropriates $15,551,300 to the Office of the State Controller for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026), including $3,222,800 for personnel costs and $12,328,500 for operating expenditures across four programs: Administration, Statewide Accounting, Computer Center, and Enterprise Business Operations

Reduces personnel cost appropriations by $308,300 ($264,400 from Data Processing Services Fund and $43,900 from Business Information Infrastructure Fund)

Increases full-time equivalent position authorization by 10 positions for the State Controller's office

Authorizes correction of a $1,074,400 accounting data entry error in the Division of Veterans Services caused by erroneous billing from the Department of Administration, with a report due to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee by June 30, 2025

Declares an emergency for the accounting correction section to take effect immediately upon passage, while appropriation sections take effect July 1, 2025
