Idaho Housing and Finance Association must now comply with reporting requirements under Section 67-1076, submitting administrative, financial, and debt information to the State Controller's central registry by December 1 annually

Required reporting includes adopted budgets, budget-to-actual comparisons, audit dates, cumulative bond/debt amounts, and average terms and interest rates on debt obligations

Information changes must be updated within 30 days, and entities must notify their appointing authority within 5 days of submitting registry information

Late fees up to $500 per day may be imposed for noncompliance, with additional penalties including withholding of quarterly sales tax distributions and prohibition on budget increases

Effective July 1, 2025, declared as emergency legislation
