Appropriates $24,685,200 to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Student Support for FY 2026, including $10 million from Public Schools Other Income Fund, $5.185 million from Public School Endowment Income Fund, and $9.5 million from Federal Grant Fund

Reduces the Division of Student Support appropriation by $17,197,900 from the Public School Income Fund ($1.485 million from Administrators Division, $15.7 million from Operations Division) and transfers that amount to the General Fund

Increases the base salary apportionment for administrative staff from $44,446 to $46,668 and for classified staff from $39,966 to $41,964, effective July 1, 2025

Requires the State Department of Education to verify school district and charter school compliance with student age requirements before distributing state funds in the November payment cycle

Appropriates an additional $9.5 million from federal grants for FY 2025 as an emergency provision effective immediately upon passage
