Increases Idaho's minimum wage from $7.25 to $12.00 per hour on July 1, 2025, then to $15.00 on July 1, 2026, and $17.00 on July 1, 2027

Raises the minimum direct wage for tipped employees from $3.35 to $6.00 per hour on July 1, 2025, then to $7.00 on July 1, 2026, and $8.00 on July 1, 2027

Eliminates the subminimum wage provision that previously allowed employers to pay workers under age 20 as little as $4.25 per hour during their first 90 days of employment

Beginning July 1, 2028, the minimum wage will be adjusted annually based on changes in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), with the Idaho Department of Labor publishing adjusted rates by April 15 each year

Prohibits political subdivisions from establishing local minimum wages higher than the state minimum wage
