Calls for law enforcement agencies to be fully supported in investigating and prosecuting political violence while also being held accountable to avoid selective enforcement based on political considerations

Commits the Legislature to fostering a culture of respect, civility, and lawful engagement in the democratic process

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Attorney General, and local law enforcement agencies
