Amends Idaho Code Section 45-522 to remove the preferential hearing schedule for mechanic's and materialmen's lien cases, which previously required these cases to receive priority second only to criminal hearings

Eliminates the "demand for thirty (30) day setting" procedure that allowed lien claimants to require court hearings within 30 days of filing

Retains all existing provisions allowing lien claimants to sue debtors and sureties, including recovery of amounts owed, filing costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and 7% annual interest

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2025
