Amends Idaho Code Section 57-1306 to include federal moneys collected under the Federal Power Act (16 U.S.C. 803(e)(1)) for use of federal lands in the distribution formula for impact funds

10% of federal oil, gas, mineral, and renewable energy revenues go to county general funds where resources were extracted, restricted to public road construction/maintenance or public school support

90% of federal oil, gas, and mineral revenues are deposited into the public school income fund

90% of renewable energy revenues and Federal Power Act collections are deposited into the renewable energy resources fund, which may be used by the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources

"Renewable energy resources" defined as geothermal, wind, and solar resources only; bill declared an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025
