Renames the "Coronavirus Stop Act" to the "Idaho Medical Freedom Act" and expands protections beyond COVID-19 to cover all "medical interventions," defined as any procedure, treatment, device, drug injection, medication, or action to diagnose, prevent, or cure disease

Prohibits Idaho businesses from refusing services, products, venue admission, or transportation based on whether a person has received any medical intervention, and bars employers from requiring medical interventions except where federal law or foreign travel requirements apply

Prohibits all public, private, and parochial schools in Idaho—from preschool through universities—from mandating any medical intervention for attendance, campus access, or employment

Bars state, county, and local governments from requiring medical interventions for government benefits, services, licenses, permits, public building entry, public transportation, or as a condition of employment (except entities receiving Medicare/Medicaid funding)

Declares an emergency with an effective date of July 1, 2025, and authorizes enforcement through injunctive relief by the attorney general or county prosecuting attorneys, with attorney's fees awarded for successful enforcement actions
