Creates new Section 18-7045 in Idaho Code establishing that violating posted closures, restrictions, regulations, or prohibitions on land used for recreational purposes constitutes trespass

Applies to land managed by government entities (including federal government) as well as private landowners

Requires notice through actual notice or constructive notice, including signs at gates or entry points stating "use restrictions apply" with a website address and phone number for contact

Violations are punishable as trespass under Section 18-7008(3), Idaho Code

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2025
