Amends Idaho Code Section 26-2155 to explicitly authorize both state and federal credit unions to be designated as state depositories by the state treasurer

Corrects a technical error by changing the deposit limit threshold from "whichever sum shall be less" to "whichever sum shall be greater" when calculating maximum uninsured state fund deposits

Requires credit unions designated as state depositories to provide collateral for state funds exceeding share insurance coverage, with collateral type and amount determined by agreement between the credit union and depositor

Credit unions seeking state depository designation must certify they do not boycott individuals or companies engaged in fossil fuels, timber, minerals, hydroelectric power, nuclear energy, agriculture, or firearms

Declared an emergency measure, effective July 1, 2025
