Idaho State Police receives $108,979,500 with 658.76 authorized FTE positions, covering patrol ($53.82 million), investigations ($13.51 million), forensic services ($11.51 million), and the POST Academy

Department of Correction is exempted from program transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between programs except that County/Out-of-State Placement and Medical Services funds may only transfer between those two programs
