Funds multiple state correctional facilities including Idaho State Correctional Institution (Boise), Idaho Maximum Security Institution, North Idaho Correctional Institution (Cottonwood), Pocatello Women's Correctional Center, and community reentry centers

Declares an emergency for the fiscal year 2025 appropriations to take effect immediately upon passage, with fiscal year 2026 provisions effective July 1, 2025
