Requires reports by January 5, 2026 on transitioning multiple programs: Drug Overdose Prevention Program to Office of Drug Policy, Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Program to Commission on Aging, Fit and Fall Proof Program to Commission on Aging, and pass-through grants to federally qualified health centers

Prohibits state funds from supplanting federal funding if federal support is reduced or eliminated, and requires notification to legislative committees before applying for any federal grants
