Renames the "Coronavirus Stop Act" to the "Idaho Medical Freedom Act" and expands protections from COVID-19 vaccines specifically to all "medical interventions," defined as any medical procedure, treatment, device, drug, injection, or medication

Prohibits businesses from refusing services, venue admission, or transportation based on whether a person has received any medical intervention, and bars employers from requiring medical interventions except for federally mandated situations or foreign travel requirements

Prohibits schools (public, private, parochial, K-12, and postsecondary) and licensed healthcare facilities from mandating medical interventions for attendance, campus access, or employment, subject to existing parental rights statutes

Bars state, county, and local governments from requiring medical interventions for receipt of government benefits, services, licenses, building entry, public transportation, or employment (with exemption for Medicare/Medicaid-funded entities)

Effective July 1, 2025, with enforcement by the attorney general or county prosecuting attorneys who may seek injunctive relief and recover attorney's fees for violations
