Amends Idaho Code Section 46-1102 (Model State Code of Military Justice) to update definitions, including adding "Space Force" to the list of military branches for judge advocate certification and expanding the definition of "cadet" and "candidate" to replace references to federal military academies with state military academies and training institutes

Clarifies apprehension and restraint provisions by specifying that warrantless arrests are not authorized for misdemeanor offenses under Idaho Title 18 that did not occur in the presence of the apprehender

Revises nonjudicial punishment procedures to clarify that members may demand trial by court-martial only when punishment includes arrest, confinement, or restriction, and allows appeals up through the member's O-7 commander

Updates counsel qualification requirements to specify that trial counsel for general or special courts-martial must be a judge advocate (removing prior requirement to also be a member in good standing of the state bar)

Removes outdated references to "midshipman," "naval militia," and federal military academies throughout the code, and makes technical corrections including changing "preemptory" to "peremptory" challenges
