Director of the Department of Administration and Director of Idaho State Police may ban individuals from the Capitol building, Supreme Court building, Capitol Mall properties, and multiagency facilities for 1 year for refusing lawful orders, violating laws/rules, disrupting government business, or threatening safety of persons or property

Camping is prohibited on state-owned or leased property, with "camping" defined as erecting tents or enclosed structures between sunset and sunrise, or using property for dwelling/lodging at any time; violations are infractions requiring removal of personal property

Temporary side-free canopies without walls are permitted during rain or snow (including overnight) as long as they are not used for sleeping or camping

Property left after citations, in violation of rules, or unattended must be held for 90 days with posted notice before being deemed abandoned; owners may be charged a reasonable storage fee

Declared an emergency, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
