New Idaho residents must apply for an Idaho driver's license within 30 days of establishing domicile, replacing the previous requirement that residency be established after 30 continuous days in the state.

Vehicle registration must be completed within 30 days of becoming an Idaho resident for any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer intended for highway use.

Certificate of title must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a resident for any vehicle purchased or brought into the state, with penalties under section 49-504A for non-compliance.

Definition of "resident" changed from someone domiciled continuously for 30 days to simply a person who establishes domicile in Idaho, excluding full-time students who are residents of another state.
