Prohibits local governments from enacting or enforcing antidiscrimination ordinances, resolutions, policies, or regulations that modify, supplement, or expand upon state antidiscrimination law in employment, housing, educational institutions, or public accommodations

Preempts existing local antidiscrimination ordinances adopted prior to the effective date that exceed state law protections, applying retroactively to current local policies

Grants the Attorney General authority to seek injunctive relief against non-compliant local governments

Allows any business owner or real property owner within a local jurisdiction to sue that government for non-compliance, with successful plaintiffs entitled to damages, declaratory/equitable relief, and attorney's fees

Takes effect July 1, 2026 under an emergency declaration
