Repeals Idaho Code Sections 67-4245 through 67-4249, which established the State Trust for Outdoor Recreation Enhancement (STORE) fund, including its short title, legislative intent, creation and administration, management of funded projects, and rulemaking authority.

Amends Section 67-4223 to remove the Park and Recreation Board's authority to receive and expend funds from the STORE fund, while maintaining the board's ability to receive federal matching funds and donations from other sources.

Enacted under the Idaho Code Cleanup Act, which the Legislature uses to remove provisions deemed obsolete, outdated, or unnecessary following comprehensive review.

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026.
