Adds new subsection (3) to Idaho Code 18-6409 making it a misdemeanor to maliciously and willfully disturb, disquiet, or delay religious worship gatherings, meetings, or events

Prohibited conduct includes profane discourse, rude or indecent behavior, unnecessary noise, or any action that obstructs or interferes with the timely commencement or continuation of the gathering

Applies to both places of worship and off-site locations used for religious purposes, as well as areas near enough to disturb the gathering's order and solemnity

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2026

Expands existing disturbing the peace statute, which already covers neighborhood disturbances and funeral disruptions
