Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302C regarding prohibited conduct for concealed weapon license holders and those carrying concealed deadly weapons under constitutional carry provisions

Concealed weapons remain prohibited in courtroom portions of courthouses, courthouse jail/holding areas, juvenile detention facilities, jails, and public or private schools (with limited exceptions)

Exemptions continue for peace officers acting within employment scope, security personnel engaged in employment, and persons authorized by entities with authority over the building or facility

Providing false information on a concealed weapon permit application remains prohibited, with violations classified as a misdemeanor

Declares an emergency with an effective date of July 1, 2026; changes are primarily technical reformatting of existing subsection numbering rather than substantive policy changes
