Prohibits permit holders from killing animal types not specified on the permit, operating outside designated geographic areas, or using permits for sport hunting

Establishes civil penalties up to $1,000 per violation for permit misuse or violations of applicable laws and regulations

Nullifies existing administrative rules in IDAPA 02.01.03 related to airborne predatory animal control effective July 1, 2026, with the act taking effect on that date as emergency legislation
