Amends Idaho Code Section 36-115 governing the Big Game Depredation Fund, which compensates property owners for damage caused by pronghorn antelope, elk, and deer

Adds new provision allowing remaining fund money after initial claim payments to be used for paying the remainder of approved claims that were reduced due to statutory payment caps

Establishes process for combining unpaid claim amounts from both crop/property damage claims (Section 36-1108) and livestock damage claims (Section 36-1109) for proportionate payment from remaining funds

Maintains existing payment limitations: $125,000 maximum per person for crop/property claims, 10% of fund appropriation for livestock claims, and $750 deductible per occurrence

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
