Amends Idaho Code Section 19-401 to add "aggravated lewd conduct with a child" (sections 18-1508B and 18-1508C) to the list of felonies with no statute of limitations for prosecution

Adds "producing or making sexually exploitative material" (section 18-1507(2)(b)) as a new category of crime exempt from time limitations on prosecution

Existing crimes already exempt from statute of limitations remain unchanged: murder, voluntary manslaughter, rape, sexual abuse of a child, lewd conduct with a child, and acts of terrorism

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2026
