Amends Idaho Code Section 19-3004A to add section 18-1507C (sexual exploitation of a child) to the list of crimes for which prosecutors or the attorney general may issue administrative subpoenas to electronic communication and remote computing service providers.

Requires service providers to disclose subscriber records including names, addresses, telephone connection records, session times, service types, and payment information within 14 days of receiving a subpoena.

Prohibits subpoenas from demanding content of electronic communications or records of internet locations accessed (websites, chat channels, news groups).

Provides immunity from civil liability for service providers who comply with subpoenas, while allowing courts to quash or modify subpoenas that are unusually voluminous or unduly burdensome.

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026.
