Amends Idaho Code Section 18-6605 (video voyeurism) to add that threatening or conspiring to disseminate, publish, or sell intimate images without consent constitutes video voyeurism, in addition to actually disseminating such images

Amends Idaho Code Section 18-6606 (disclosing explicit synthetic media) to elevate the offense to a felony when the identifiable person depicted is under 18 years of age

Felony violations involving minors or repeat offenders are punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment, a fine up to $25,000, or both

Explicit synthetic media includes AI-generated deepfakes that realistically depict identifiable individuals in sexual conduct or with exposed intimate parts without their consent

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause declaring the legislation necessary
