Repeals 17 sections of Idaho Code (Sections 26-2170 through 26-2186) governing the Idaho Corporate Credit Union, eliminating provisions related to its organization, membership, board of directors, officers, loans, shares, deposits, reserves, dividends, and taxation

Amends Section 26-2128 on credit union liquidity requirements to remove the provision allowing certificates of deposit issued by the Idaho Corporate Credit Union to count toward reserve requirements

Repeals two cemetery-related statutes: Section 27-406 (duty of cemetery owner) and Section 27-409 (application of cemetery law)

Part of the Idaho Code Cleanup Act effort to remove provisions identified as obsolete, outdated, or unnecessary following comprehensive legislative review

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2026
