Amends Idaho Code Section 63-3022K to expand the definition of "eligible medical expense" to include payments made by account holders as members of health care sharing ministries as defined in section 41-121, Idaho Code

Makes technical corrections throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" and "upon" with "on" for grammatical consistency

Updates punctuation in the "dependent child" definition, changing periods to semicolons to properly format the list of qualifying conditions

Effective date of January 1, 2027
