Extends the maximum duration for supplemental maintenance and operation levies in noncharter school districts from two (2) years to four (4) years

Allows school boards to reduce an approved supplemental levy by majority vote during any year the levy is authorized, not just the second year

Requires voter approval through an election for supplemental levies, with a specified dollar amount and time period

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026
