Prohibits Idaho public schools, districts, and teachers from granting excused absences for participating in political protests, student walkouts, or working/volunteering for groups known to engage in political protests

Absences for these activities must be marked as unexcused and count against the school district's average daily attendance calculations

Requires school districts to annually report the total number of unexcused absences related to these political activities to the Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction

State Superintendent must submit an annual report to the legislature by January 15 each year, beginning January 2027, with this attendance data

Declares an emergency, making the law effective immediately upon passage and approval
