Reduces minimum size requirements for manufactured homes placed outside mobile home parks from 1,000 square feet to 400 square feet for single-section units and 800 square feet for multisectional units

Allows single-unit manufactured homes on lots zoned for single-family dwellings, while multidwelling unit manufactured homes may only be sited where multifamily dwellings are permitted

Expands the definition of "manufactured home" to explicitly include multidwelling unit manufactured homes constructed to HUD standards

Historic districts defined under Section 67-4607, Idaho Code remain exempt from manufactured home siting requirements

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2026
