Amends Idaho Code Section 22-202A to add a new exemption for counties whose population reached 200,000 or more after January 1, 2024, preventing them from designating their county fair board as an advisory body to county commissioners

Counties with 200,000+ population on or before January 1, 2024, may still adopt ordinances converting their county fair board to an advisory role, with commissioners assuming fair board powers and duties

Fair districts organized across two or more counties under Chapter 3, Title 22 remain exempt from these advisory board provisions

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2026
