Includes all salts, optical isomers, geometric isomers, and salts of isomers of these mitragynine-related substances in the scheduling

Mitragynine is the primary psychoactive alkaloid found in kratom, a plant-based substance currently sold legally in many states

Declares an emergency and sets an effective date of July 1, 2026
