Appropriates $4,998,400 to the Office of the State Board of Education Administration Program for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027), including $998,400 from the General Fund and $4,000,000 from the Federal Grant Fund

Reduces the General Fund appropriation for the OSBE Administration Program by $510,500, with $492,300 cut from personnel costs and $18,200 from operating expenditures

Eliminates 4.00 full-time equivalent positions from the Office of the State Board of Education

Declares an emergency, making the act effective July 1, 2026
