Appropriates an additional $957,600 from the Idaho Career Ready Students Program Fund for the Secondary and General Programs program for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026)

Funds are designated for trustee and benefit payments in both fiscal years

Declared an emergency measure, with the FY 2026 appropriation taking effect immediately upon passage and the FY 2027 appropriation taking effect July 1, 2026
