Mandates development of K-12 generative AI literacy standards, assessment guidelines, and a professional development plan for educators on safe and effective AI integration

Requires AI vendors to disclose whether products use machine learning, predictive analytics, or generative AI, and to provide assurances on data protection and algorithmic transparency; compliance with FERPA, CIPA, and COPPA is mandatory

Effective date: July 1, 2026, with emergency declaration
