Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to Idaho's existing civil rights protections alongside race, color, religion, sex, national origin, and disability

Defines "gender identity" as a person's actual or perceived gender identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other characteristics, with or without regard to sex at birth

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or asexual

Prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in employment, public accommodations, real property transactions, and education

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026
