Amends Section 22-1204 of Idaho Code to remove an outdated provision that prohibited the Idaho Potato Commission from promulgating rules related to definitions of "shipper," "grower," and "processor" for one year from the original act's effective date.

Repeals Section 22-1211A regarding referendum procedures for continuance of an additional tax on potatoes.

Repeals Section 22-1215 relating to access to records of the Idaho Potato Commission.

Part of the Idaho Code Cleanup Act initiative to streamline state laws by removing provisions identified as obsolete, outdated, or unnecessary.

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026.
