Removes the definition of "Idaho OnePlan" (a computer-based natural resource planning system) from Section 22-2717 of Idaho Code and renumbers the remaining definitions accordingly

Eliminates the provision in Section 22-2718 that required the Idaho State Soil and Water Conservation Commission to establish and encourage the Idaho OnePlan as a primary conservation planning process

Removes associated confidentiality protections that classified Idaho OnePlan user information as trade secrets exempt from public disclosure

Enacted under the Idaho Code Cleanup Act after legislative review determined these provisions to be obsolete, outdated, or unnecessary

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026
