Expands the Attorney General's common law powers to include seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against any person violating Idaho statutes that create legal duties or prohibitions but lack express civil enforcement mechanisms

Grants the Attorney General an explicit cause of action to enforce state laws through injunctions, even when statutes do not specifically authorize civil enforcement by state officers

Any injunction obtained under this new authority shall be sufficient to prevent further violations of the underlying statute

Declares an emergency, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026

Amends Section 67-1401, Idaho Code, specifically subsection (11) regarding the Attorney General's common law powers and authority
