Amends Idaho Code Section 18-7008 to create a new specific offense for criminal trespass on church or house of worship premises without permission, when the person knows their presence is not permitted and intends to intimidate, harass, or disrupt religious services or assemblages

First-time violation of the church trespass provision is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a fine of $500 to $1,000

Second offense within 5 years carries up to 6 months jail and fines of $1,500 to $3,000; third or subsequent offense within 10 years increases penalties to up to 1 year jail and fines of $5,000 to $10,000

Declares an emergency and establishes an effective date of July 1, 2026
