Licensed brewers producing fewer than 30,000 barrels annually may now operate up to two remote retail locations (increased from one) in addition to their main production brewery for selling beer by the bottle, can, or glass.

Brewers exceeding the 30,000 barrel threshold may retain retail sales privileges at their main brewery and both remote locations if they have operated continuously in Idaho for at least 5 years, have no multi-day license suspensions or revocations, and have surrendered any wholesale license.

Amends Section 23-1003, Idaho Code, with technical corrections updating language from "one (1)" to "two (2)" remote retail locations throughout the statute.

Declared an emergency measure, effective July 1, 2026.
