Amends Idaho Code Section 57-1306 to rename the "renewable energy resources fund" and allow funding through legislative appropriation in addition to federal renewable energy revenues

Expands the definition of "renewable energy resources" from only geothermal, wind, and solar to include "other sustainable energy resources"

Maintains existing distribution structure: 10% of federal renewable energy revenues go to counties where resources were developed for public roads or schools, 90% goes to the energy resources fund

Fund may be used by the administrator of the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources consistent with the office's duties, powers, and authorities

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2026
