Administrators with prior career ladder placement as instructional or pupil service staff can count their administrative experience toward career ladder advancement while returning to instructional/pupil service staff placement

Requires documentation from hiring school district or charter school administrator attesting to performance evaluation history for placement eligibility

Declares an emergency and applies retroactively to July 1, 2021
